If you love amazing cocktails made by people that know what they are doing, you will love The Reserve! You don't have to love whiskey to love this place, but if you love whiskey you will especially love it! We didn't try to the food but I'm sure it's excellent as well. You can tell this place holds itself to a high standard. The atmosphere is great but the bar service is outstanding. This isn't your everyday bartender. They take great care and pride in their work and you can see it and taste it. Don't miss this place when you're in Fort Collins.
Can’t say enough about the wonderful experience at the old elk distillery. Everything about our visit was amazing from the food choices, the alcohol, the service and the atmosphere. 10 of 10! It’s a small space so reservations are recommended for tables but so worth it!
Everything was wonderful. We stopped in because we saw the CAVs game playing when we walked by. When we sat down at the bar in front of the TV and looked at their menu, we knew we hit the jackpot. My husband had the Ranger Mac & Cheese and I ordered the Seasonal Salad with mushrooms. The Bartender was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about their products and the town history. We had a wonderful evening.
Super friendly staff and chill atmosphere. I went with an off the menu recommended flight which was perfect for those who appreciate whiskey. Cocktails are also delicious. Food was good quality. Excited to go back
Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with everything here. 1. The drinks were all delicious, I particularly liked the bourbon Margarita. 2. The food was all amazing as well. The elk in a blanket appetizer was great along with the fries. 3. Service was top notch. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend swinging by if in town.

Friendly, funny, and with more whiskey knowledge than a walking whiskey encyclopedia. I came in thirsty, left feeling like a whiskey expert (and made my long day feel amazing). The food? So good, I seriously considered moving in. I had the burger which in most cases wouldn't be worthy of a review, but this one hits the mark! Every bite was fantastic, and don’t even get me started on the whiskey. Smooth, flavorful, and dangerously delicious. Try out the flights if you are unsure your type. Whether you're a whiskey newbie or a seasoned sipper, they’ll hook you up with your perfect pour. 5/5, would drink and eat everything again!
Loved everything about this place. The food, wait staff, bartenders. Everyone was great! The Elk burger was by far the best I've ever had. The bourbon is top shelf!
